Yet more Silly Songs

I had quite a number of 'Silly Songs' put by for last week and never got round to using all of them.

Well, not wanting them to go to waste, and as I am in a bit of a rush this morning ...how about this?

Wonderful1 Re music, my grandchildren love my 78 Nelly the Elephant by Mandy Miller. Is it the Mandy miller who used to be in films I wonder.

It got the keel stuck between two rocks.... and then the tide went out!
What is amazing...is that it didn't topple backwards.

Hot off the Press

Back in the Seventies, just before we joined the Common Market, as the EU was called back then, The Who wrote that great song, "Won't get fooled again".

But in the last 40 years, we've been fooled time and time again. We were told our membership of Europe was about trade and opening up markets to British goods.

Instead we got political interference, endless rules and regulations, our fish stocks plundered and foreign criminals claiming the 'right to a family life' in Britain.

Sound like a free trade agreement to you?

No, me neither.
